This is my reply to virgin Mobile.

Bob, Thank you for responding to my email with in the time period promised. If you have read the reviews I have published you know that the people at 1 877 877 8443 are not qualified to help me nor do they have any intention of helping me. These people are incapable of even using a telephone to contact me as they have repeatedly promised me they would. I am looking for a contact phone number or email address for for the corporate headquarters of virgin mobile. I would like an explanation as to why these people refuse to do as they promise a customer they will. If they lack the expertise, I would at least like to know this. I have been ignored, lied to, hung up on and kept waiting for hours. They managed to send me a replacement broadband card and didn't bother to program it so I could use it.

My next step is to forward the entire history of this display of your companies customer disservice to my local television news station. They have a department that handles problems like this for people who are unable to get help on their own. Now if your company wants this problem broadcast to over 500,000 possible customers in my local area that's fine. I have no problem continuing this process until your company decides to solve my problem with your company's service. I look forward to hearing from someone in your company that actually cares about their customers. I repeat, my phone number is xxx xxx xxxx. If I don't get a response from your company by tommorrow I will be working with my local news station to get this information out to everyone in this area. If your company can stand to lose over a half a million potential customers, I understand and I will do everything in my power to make that happen. Stump Parrish

Here is the reply I recieved and my response to them.

My reply to Virgin Mobile

No problem if you wont give me a phone number at the corporate headquarters, I will contact my local news station tommorrow and get this example of Virgin Mobile's customer disservice out to 1/2 a million viewers. The people you keep asking me to call have repeatedly refused to assist me with the failures of your company. Why should I spend another hour or two on hold just to be given the run around and then promised a phone call that no one has any intention of making. I believe I have given your company ample opportunities to try and solve this problem. You obviously have no intention of trying to solve it and you refuse to let me contact Virgin Mobile's corporate headquarters. I figure my news station will have no problem tracking this phone number down.

Virgin Mobile actually refuses to give me a contact number for their corporate headquarters. The simply tell me I have to contact the same damned people who have refused to do anything the last 6 times I called. Fine, I will contact my local news people tommorrow and get this crap out to 500,000 viewrers in my local news station's viewing area. Perhaps loosing a couple of hundred thousand potential customers will wake them up.
